Drawing on the wide range and depth of experience from our Chartered Fellow’s for Mentors, this is THE PERFECT Mentee opportunity if you are a young professional in the T&L Industry!

“The CILTA Emerging Leaders Mentoring Program was fundamental to my gaining further insight into the T&L Industry and greater exposure to career opportunities for the future.”

“What I loved most is the valuable insights I got, that serves as a support to avoid pitfalls in my current or new role to come.”

“The Mentorship program has added tremendous value to my perspective of the industry, my career and personal goal setting. The knowledge, insights and direction received shaped the past 6 months and hope this trend lasts to the years to come. I have and do recommend the Mentorship program from CILTA for its great organisation, the high quality and passion of the Mentors involved. It’s a great way to meet people, bounce ideas and formulate direction. Thanks for a great experience.”
