Humanitarian Logistics Survey
                                   

The United Nations recently warned that the world faces the largest humanitarian crisis since the end of the Second World War, with more than 20 million people in four countries facing starvation and famine. People in many other countries around the world are at risk of natural and man-made crises. The international aid system is under severe strain due to limited capacity and resources.

Humanitarian logistics and supply chain management is a critical function, both in preparing for and responding to disasters. Up to 80% of the costs of an emergency operation can be attributed to logistics.

CILT(UK) and the Humanitarian Logistics Association invite members of the Young Professionals Forum to respond to the following survey:
