CILTA Seeking Mentors for our Student Members and Young Professionals

Seeking Mentors



Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport professionals are invited to express their interest in mentoring young CILTA Students and Young Professional members.

The CILTA Mentoring Program aims to connect students and young professionals with established industry professionals in order to motivate, empower and encourage the next generation of professionals entering the supply chain, logistics and transport industry.

The CILTA mentoring program provides mentors the opportunity to:

  • Transfer skills and contribute to the development of future supply chain, logistics and transportation professionals
  • Improve management, leadership and communication skills
  • Expand professional networks
  • Increase awareness of resources available and pathways to growth
  • Gain recognition of skills, knowledge and commitment to the profession

Mentors will help students and young professionals to:

  • Develop new skills
  • Plan career and educational goals through continued professional development
  • Build employability skills
  • Develop new networks and contacts
