Call for Papers - Due date extended

 

 

For the second time in 85 years, Australia has been chosen to host the International CILT Conference/ Convention.

 

CILT International Conference 2022 (regodirectv2.com.au)

 

This International conference is a highly industry-focused conference, however, a limited number of high-quality research papers will be accepted for presentation.

 

Preference will be given to those papers whose subject matter addresses one or more of the themes as noted on the previous page. Authors will be restricted to one paper only.

 

The themes that will be presented at the conference are:

• The evolution in Bulk Logistics: Infrastructure, technology, planning and practices
• Freight Innovation and productivity: Urban and Long distance
• Passenger and Freight efficiencies: Innovation and network integration
• New developments in Freight and Passenger Safety Strategies and research
• Sustainability: technological efficiencies, entering the new fuels era, and smart operator practices.
• What were the COVID-19 demands on Supply Chain Operations and Innovations: a focus on e-Commerce, warehousing and last-mile developments
• Humanitarian Logistics Disaster Responses – Case studies and learnings
• Transport and Supply Chain Education and Training developments: What do industry operators now want from graduates and trainees? From supply chain to passenger fleets.

 

Presenting authors must register for the conference.

There are a limited number of presentation slots available in the parallel conference research stream. The conference academic review committee will be responsible for the judging and acceptance of submitted papers. Successful papers and abstracts only for unsuccessful papers, will be made available for conference registrants, will be made available via the conference USB and on the CILT Australia website library.

Important Dates

• The deadline to submit an abstract is 30 June 2022.
• Deadline for paper submission: 31st August 2022
• Notification of acceptance: 14th September 2022

 

All submissions are to be sent to admin@cilta.com.au by 5pm (AEST) on (or before) the due date as mentioned above.

 

Submission Review committee:

Review Committee Members will be drawn from the CILT Australia Education Committee, industry fellows and appointed academic reviewers.
