CONFERENCE TOPICS

The conference will provide a platform for exchange of knowledge and experiences on the implementation of urban logistics solutions in the context of sustainable development, with particular emphasis on environmental issues and reducing the negative impact of urban freight transport on the environment. The major topic of the 7th edition of the Conference will be the socially responsible city logistics.

The Conference will be organized as a hybrid event. The topics will cover:

1. The impact of urban freight transport on the environment society.
2. City logistics data collection processes and systems.
3. The impact of freight distribution in tourist and health resorts on their functioning.
4. Computerization of urban infrastructure.
5. IT platforms for freight distribution logistics in urban areas.
6. Modelling freight distribution in urban areas.
7. Planning freight distribution in the context of sustainable development.
8. Urban industrial infrastructure.
9. City marketing as a support for sustainable development.
10. Public-private partnerships for sustainable urban logistics.
11. Safety aspects in urban freight transport.
12. Metropolitan environment monitoring in terms of freight transport.
13. The impact of logistics systems on the effective functioning of metropolitan areas.
14. Economic aspects of improving safety in the freight distribution in urban areas.
15. Sustainable logistics in the urban tourist area.

15.12.2025 - information about the acceptance of an abstract.

15.02.2026 - deadline for submission of full papers in electronic form only.

15.03.2026 - review results and final decision of a paper for presentation at conference.

31.03.2026 - payment of a full conference fee.

31.03.2026 - submission of final papers.

15-17.04.2026 - conference.

Submitted papers only after the presentation at the conference are planned for publication in the journals indexed on Scopus or Web of Science.
