Rail Safety Week: 10-16 August 2026 - Save the Date

Starts:  Aug 10, 2026 09:00 (ET)
Ends:  Aug 16, 2026 17:00 (ET)

Regardless of where we live, it’s crucial we know how to be safe on and around rail. Together, our collective activities help reach audiences far & wide, reminding our community to how to stay RAIL SAFE.

In addition to our existing suite of campaign and education resources, TrackSAFE is currently working on this year’s digital toolkit, including data, key messaging and an additional suite of campaign assets focused on railway crossing safety.

This year’s campaign is focused on safety at railway crossings  and will remind road users and pedestrians what lights, signs and road markings mean.

Mark your calendar for this year’s Rail Safety Week events;
