Capt Nigel D’Souza has over 54 years of experience in shipping and logistics, having progressed from deck cadet to Master before moving into senior management roles across the shipping, resources, manufacturing, and mining sectors. Based in Melbourne, he provides consultancy services in commercial shipping, ports, logistics, and management, operates a specialist 3PL service for project and heavy-lift cargoes, and serves as a commercial arbitrator for shipping and trade disputes. He holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Ms Bonnie Shek is Director, Australia/New Zealand, for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, where she leads initiatives to strengthen trade and investment ties between Hong Kong and the Australasian region. With extensive experience in marketing, business development, and management across Asia-Pacific, she has built strong networks across government, industry, and startup communities, helping businesses expand between Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand.
