1. Registration Procedure

The registration for the CILT International Convention 2024 will open on 20th February 2024. Please go to the registration page and fill in all the required information as requested.

After you complete the registration page and submit it successfully, we will send a confirmation email to you via admin@cilta.com.au within 3 working days. If you do not receive the confirmation email after 3 working days, please contact admin@cilta.com.au. Please allow for time zones impacts.

The conference registration fee can be remitted personally or through dedicated CILT branches. The Organizing Committee encourages delegates to register in groups and make payment through the dedicated CILT branches. Organisations wishing to register and pay for their delegates in groups must email the dedicated Branch organizing committee in advance admin@cilta.com.au.

Please note that all fees associated with international bank transfers including but not limited to bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate. You must pay the full amount specified on the website.

The payment should be made within 14 days of submission of the registration. Please specify “the name of the delegate, form of payment, and CILT ICM2024” on your payment record and send to admin@cilta.com.au.

Group payments should be marked with the “name of branch, head of the group and CILT ICM2024”.

2. Substitution Policy

If a participant is unable to attend the event, we are happy to accept a substitution at any time. Substitution requests will only be accepted by e-mail to admin@cilta.com.au. The communication must indicate the cancelled participant and the substitute. The substitute must be from the same organisation. No handling charge is applied on Substitution.

3. Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to admin@cilta.com.au. The name of the participant who is cancelling the registration must be stated in the email.

If you notify the organizing committee of your cancellation before the deadline specified below, the registration fee will be fully or partially refunded.

TYPES OF CANCELLATION

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations email received one week prior to the event (30/05/2024)

70% refund after deduction of AUD 106 (CNY 500) administration fee.

No shows

No refund

Early termination of attendance or unattended events

No refund

Visa rejection (30/05/2024)

100% refund, minus Hotel reservation deposit (AUD 42.50/CNY 200 per night) and AUD 106 (CNY 500) administration fee. This is only applicable upon presentation of Visa rejection proof.

4. Travel & Health Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or losses occurred during the event or as a result of it. Participants are advised to arrange adequate personal insurance since the organisers cannot be held responsible.

5. Regulations

CILT China reserves the right to make amendments to the programme or any related activities to the CILT International Convention 2024. CILT China reserves the right to modify or complete at any time the provisions of the stated Terms & Conditions.

6. Privacy Declaration

The Privacy Policy applies to all information that CILT International Convention 2024 collects when you register for participation. The collected information is used for the conference organisation ONLY.
