12:30pm - 1:30pm

With the growth in online sales, it is important for retailers both online and bricks-and mortar to adopt a truly omnichannel model. There has been a shift in customer behaviour and expectations , which has led to the delivery experience being more than an afterthought. In this webinar, CEO & Founder of Hubbed David Mclean examines the impact of the increase in online retail and how retailers and logistics are shifting strategies to keep up with the expectations of consumers. Learn how businesses can use collection point networks to keep business efficient and how technology will help address industry problems in eCommerce.
