Chris Sacré is a Partner in the Transport and Trade team of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers.  Chris is an experienced, transport lawyer having practiced in London, Hong Kong and Sydney representing clients and their insurers at all levels of the  international and local supply chain.

 

Chris will talk us through the recent changes to the Heavy Vehicle National Law and the significant impact of those changes that will impact on those in the "chain of responsibility".  Chris will also provide an overview of the recent changes to section 63 of the Australian Consumer Law and the resulting expanded scope of liability on transport and storage providers.

This is one event not to be missed.
