Inquiry into Transport Technology


The committee is holding another public briefing for the inquiry into Transport Technology. The next hearing will be held on Monday 12 November 2018 (9:30am-11:00am) and the committee has invited representatives from the Office of the Information Commissioner, Motor Trades Association of Queensland and Australian Automotive Dealer Association to participate in this hearing.


The hearing will be held in the Parliamentary Annexe, Alice Street, Brisbane and will be open to the public. It is proposed that the hearing will also be broadcast live on the Parliament’s website.

If you would like to attend the hearing as an observer, you should arrive at the reception of the Parliamentary Annexe on Alice Street and allow around 15 minutes to clear security. Visitors are required to show government-issued identity documentation to security upon arrival. Once you have cleared security, please advise the attendants at reception that you are attending as a witness of the committee. You will then be directed to the hearing room.
