Moorebank : Future Development Vision. The NSW Section created an opportunity to hear from Australia’s leaders on this important issue.
The New South Wales Section hosted an Infrastructure Luncheon at Cambelltown Catholic Club on Monday 16 November 2009.
The event was extremely well attended with presentations made by The Hon Graham West MP, Member for Campbelltown, Minister for Juvenile Justice, Minister for Volunteering, Minister for Youth, Minister Assisting the Premier on Veterans' Affairs and Michael Deegan Infrastructure Coordinator, Infrastructure Australia.
Open discussion on the key issues followed the speakers including : The impacts of an intermodal terminal in Moorebank including eviromental and local community issues. Questions were also asked regarding dates for stages in the process and when the community consultation would commence.
